 FITNESS CLASSES

1

EARLY RISERS
Mon/Wed/Fri 6am to 7am and Sun 9am to 10am

Rolling 5 week block, made up of 3 different workouts per week, Boxfit, light weight circuit, whole gym circuit.
Suitable for all fitness levels.

MORNING FITNESS
Mon & Fri at 9.30am

Punch bags and light weight circuit , suitable for all levels

HARDCORE BOXFIT 
Tues & Thur 6.00pm to 7pm

This class is not for the faint-hearted, there is no rest.  Consists of a beasting for an hour on the punchbags and bodyweight circuits. Suitable for those who want a challenge.

STANDARD BOXFIT
Tues & Thur 7pm to 8pm 

A great place to work on your overall fitness. Suitable for all fitness levels.

HIIT BAG WORKOUT 
Sat at 9.00am to 9.30am

30 minutes of punching and light weights circits. Suitable for all fitness levels.

GYM CIRCUITS 
Sun at 9.00am to 10.00am

Big gym circuit, including cardio machines and light weights. Suitable for all fitness levels.

HOW TO BOOK

STEP 1.

Download the Fight Factory Mobile App available on Google Play or the App Store.

STEP 2.

Register and select 'Fitness Membership' from the membership list, make your membership payment and select your classes.

STEP 3.

Head to the gym and join your classes!

In addition to Fight Factory and also located in the F.I.T Centre building is Bodyfix.

 

Hosted by Liz Pitman and Jade Johnson, Bodyfix offers a mix of tailored fitness training and boot camps for women only.
